Glazed Carrots
Ingredients:
Carrots 1 bunch
Butter half stick
Honey 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tea spoon
Garlic 1 tea spoon
Paprika 1/2 tea spoon
Black pepper freshly grind 1/2 tea spoon
Lemon squeezed 1 tbsp
Optional grated parmesean cheese
Description:
Cut carrot vertically in half. Take a big bowl and mix salt, garlic, lemon and put it in oven. Broil for 20min at 400 degree F.
Then mix butter, paprika and honey and brush over the carrots. Coat evenly. Put it back on broil for another 5 min.
Take out from the oven and put it on serving dish, sprinkle some black peppers and grated cheese if you like.
