Mixed Vegetables Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  1. Half of Cabbage, 2 Carrots, Bok choi 1 head

  2. Olive oil 2 tbsp

  3. Salt 1/2 tea spoon or 1 tbsp soy sauce

  4. Garlic 1.5 tea spoon

  5. Ginger grated 1/2 tea spoon

  6. Paprika 1/2 tea spoon

  7. Black pepper freshly grind 1/2 tea spoon

  8. Lemon squeezed 1 tbsp

  9. Red onions half cut up in squares

  10. Herb mix 2 tbsp finely chopped

  11. Optional soy sauce 1 tbsp

  12. Optional Corn starch 1 tbsp (add water to form a thick liquid then pour over veg while stir fry towards the end.)

Description:

Cut all the vegetables in medium size. Steam cook for 5-7 min. Remove the vegetables from the steamer. Put them in a bowl and mix salt, garlic, lemon and oil and put it in a wok or sauteed pan at high heat to sear the vegetables, add paprika. Add onions , stir fry at high heat for 7 min, add herbs and stir for another 3 min. Remove from heat and serve.
