Summer Salad

 

Ingredients:

  1. Half of Cabbage, thinly sliced

  2. 1 Carrot thinly sliced

  3. 5 cherry tomatoes cut in half

  4. 2 Radishes, thinly sliced

  5. Celery 1 stalk

  6. 1/2 of red onion thinly sliced

  7. 1 avacado sliced in wedges

  8. 1 orange slices in wedges

  9. Peanuts or other nuts handful

  10. frozen mangoes few pieces

  11. Optional add shrimp

  12. Olive oil 2 tbsp

  13. Salt 1/2 tea spoon

  14. Honey 1 teaspoon

  15. Balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp

  16. Garlic 1.5 tea spoon

  17. Black pepper freshly grind 1/2 tea spoon

  18. Lemon squeezed 1 tbsp

  19. Herb mix 2 tbsp finely chopped

  20. Optional add spinach or romaine lettuce

Description:

Cut up all the salad base ingredients and mix it in a bowl. Mix balsamic vinegar, salt, chopped garlic, honey and olive oil for dressing. Pour over salad. Add herb mix and toss. Chill before serving for a refreshing taste.
